As an experienced corporate entrepreneur, Susan understands the challenges and opportunities of creating an entrepreneurial mindset and infrastructure inside an established organization.

Susan has spent the last twenty years helping Fortune 1000 companies and entrepreneurial startups develop new businesses that have generated millions. She works with organizations to ensure that the right entrepreneurial skills, processes and infrastructure are in place to succeed.

Susan has held senior positions at Standard & Poor’s, 3M, Hewlett Packard, Digital Equipment Inc., DMR Group and Arthur D. Little, Inc.

She has authored several articles including Who Are the Entrepreneurs Inside Your Business and she speaks at conferences on the topic of Corporate Entrepreneurship.
